Booking Terms and Conditions
Event, group and admission tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase unless an event or session is cancelled or postponed by Houghton Hall.
In the event of cancellation by Houghton Hall, only the face value of the ticket is refundable.
Refunds are normally issued within seven working days of cancellation.
In the event of postponement, your tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, a full refund will be given and the tickets cancelled.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, Houghton Hall cannot accept any responsibility for associated costs from other suppliers eg travel, accommodation and meals.
If an event is cancelled or postponed and the tickets have been sold to you by a third party, eg a tour operator, requests for refunds should be directed to the relevant ticket seller.
We recommend you take out insurance to cover any potential cancellation or postponement.
