Houghton Hall is located half a mile off the A148 King’s Lynn to Fakenham road, which is indicated by brown signs. Use Satellite Navigation Post Code PE31 6TY. This will bring you through New Houghton, to the main gates of the Hall. Drive through the main gates and follow the driveway up to the car park.
Upon arrival at the Ticket Office, you will be directed to either the car park or disabled parking.

The Stables Café and Gift Shop:
The whole stable block is accessible for wheelchairs/pushchairs, although the stable yard is covered with cobbles. There is a disabled WC in the stable block and nappy changing facilities.
We advise that all of our visitors wear appropriate footwear.
Attendants are on site to provide direction and assistance in gallery spaces and outside areas such as parking.
In the Walled Garden, there are two mobility scooters that you can borrow whilst in the garden. We do not reserve these, but if both are in use, it is not normally a very long wait, and there are places to sit.
At the house, there are also wheelchairs to borrow, and a lift which is available on request.
All disabled visitors must ask to be directed to disabled parking areas.
